The goal of the international college counseling office is to guide students and parents through the process of applying to universities abroad. We work with students at all grade levels. Our students are at the center of the process and we encourage them to be active participants in planning and making decisions for their future, and to take responsibility for themselves. We offer guidance in course selections, academic and extracurricular activities, summer options, test planning, the college application process and college choices.  Our aim is to find the school our student would be happy and successful in, basically the school that is the “best fit”. ICCO works in close collaboration with the Pyschological Guidance and Turkish University Guidance offices.

We share information through many opportunities that include evening events and presentations for families, individual meetings, guidance visits, application and informative workshops, university fairs and university visits. We have a large library that all students are welcome to consult. We provide support to our students at every step, provided that they are willing to take responsibility, stay committed and interested in the process.

We also represent UAA in many university fairs and visits both in Turkey and abroad.
