A New Academic Year Begins at UAA!

We were delighted to welcome our students back to campus as we officially began the 2026–2027 academic year. This year is especially meaningful for the Class of UAA’31, who have taken their very first steps on their five-year journey at Üsküdar American Academy. Our mascot, Roary, was also there to greet our newest Baby Tigers and welcome them to the UAA family.

We opened the new school year with messages from our Student Association President and school administrators, who shared their wishes and hopes for the year ahead. We also welcomed the new teachers and staff members joining UAA this year, celebrating the newest members of our community.

Another special moment was welcoming back and celebrating our recent graduates who ranked among the top 1,000 students in Türkiye’s Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS). We are proud of their achievements and wish them every success as they begin the next chapter of their academic journeys.

As we look forward to a year of new friendships, experiences, discoveries, and achievements, we once again welcome UAA’31 and our new faculty and staff, and wish the entire UAA community a happy, healthy, and successful academic year.
