Acceptances to Overseas Universities Make Us Proud

Acceptances from universities all over the world poured in for our 2014 graduates.
 

Again this year our seniors made us proud of them with their acceptances to overseas universities. Of our 141 seniors, 40 applied to universities abroad and all of them were accepted to more than one university. Amongst these universities are prestigious universities such as Harvard, Yale, MIT, Oxford, and Princeton, UPenn, Columbia, as well as others.
 

This year 40 students applied to universities overseas and all of them, without exception, received more than one offer from universities in the U.S.A, Canada, Australia and/or Europe.
 

According to their needs or academic success these students were awarded full or partial scholarships. This year the seniors of Üsküdar American Academy were awarded a total of approximately $2 million in scholarships.
 

Our seniors received acceptances from universities such as: MIT, Princeton University, Oxford University, Yale University, Harvard University  Cornell University,  Pennsylvania University,  Johns Hopkins University, Maastricht University , Les Roches, SOAS, Michigan University, Grinnell University, Warwick University, Chicago University, Pratt Institute, University College London, City, Melbourne University, Loughborough University, Webb Institute, NYU Shanghai, West Virginia University, Toronto University, McGill University, Duke University, Virginia University and Georgetown University.
